Glenallen to Anchorage - July 9, 2014

It was another fairly short travel day.  Just under 200 miles along the beautiful scenic Glen Highway.  It is amazing how many streams of water of different sizes and kinds there are in Alaska.  We arrived in Anchorage at the Golden Nugget campground a little before 2.  Then drove around a little with Jeff and Marcella, did some grocery shopping, have to stock up in a town that has a WalMart and prices are not quite as high as the small towns we have been in, and got a bite to eat.  You would think as much money as we spent we would have something to eat in the RV but we went to Olive Garden instead of cooking.  Six of us then watched a movie in our 5th wheel.  I will just let the pictures tell the story of the journey.  No animal sightings today.
