Liard Hotsprings to Watson Lake - June 8, 2014

We started the day with a relaxing dip in the hot springs.  On the way back to the campsite we saw our first moose of this trip.  Since we didn't have a very long distance today, we didn't worry about getting a very early start.
There were lots of animal sightings today - many black bear, bison, and even a grisly mama with twin cubs.
We reached our destination - Watson Lake - about 3 and toured the signpost forest which has over 75,000 license and signs posted on posts.  It all started when an Army Soldier who was working on the Alaska Highway nailed his license plate on a post in 1942.  There was also a visit to the Northern Lights Planetatium which was most impressive.
In Liard Hotsprings.  Temp ranges from 140 degrees to 75
 Squint to see the moose
 S mores a campfire
 One of many black bears

Good eyesight and imagination to see the twin cubs in the bush.  Think they are grisly
I had a lot typed last night for this entry and then lost it from the poor wifi so I guess I will let it go at this and see if it will load some pictures.
