Still headed north - June 4, 2014

There wasn't a big hurry to get started this morning as we had just under 200 miles to travel.  There were some pretty steep grades along the way.  The bad news is Glen is having major engine problems and on some grades he was down to 20 mph or less and was blowing black smoke from his exhaust.
At one point he stopped and called his road side assistance to come tow him but they said drive it on in.  We were about 40 miles from Grand Prairie, our destination.  He has an appointment with a mechanic in the morning.  We are camped in a Rotary RV park right in town.  Our length of stay will be determined by what has to been done to his motor home.  The pictures are from previous days.  Some in our party saw moose, bear, and fox but we only saw a caribou and he was much too fast to photograph from a moving vehicle.  The moose must have run across the road after we passed.  Our friends behind had to brake to not meet it face to face.
